Registration & Payment

Payment for workshops must be received in full at the time of registration. You will not be officially registered until your payment has been received. Payment may be made by credit card through the Wild Photo Adventure website.  Some workshops are offered through photography/camera dealers and can be registered and paid through them. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be done in writing. If you don’t get a cancellation confirmation, we did not get the cancellation request.

Photography Workshops Only:

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled workshop will result in a refund, less a service charge of $150.
Cancellations made between 8-29 days prior to the scheduled workshop will result in credit towards another workshop or overnight workshop, less a service charge of $150.
Cancellations or no shows less than 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop will be NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

Photo Overnight Workshops (Overnight stays involved):

Full payment is due at the time of registration.

Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled photo overnight workshop will result in a refund, less a service charge of $150.
Cancellations made 60 – 31 days prior to the scheduled photo overnight workshop will result in 50% forfeit of the total cost and 50% credit towards another workshop or overnight workshop.
Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to the scheduled photo tour or overnight workshop will result in 70% forfeit of the total cost and 30% credit towards another workshop or overnight workshop
Cancellations (or no shows) made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled photo overnight workshop will be NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.

If you are due a refund according to applicable cancellation policy above, you will receive a credit, less $150 service charge, via your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Travel Insurance

Wild Photo Adventure is not responsible for non-refundable costs associated with canceled trips so it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in the price.

Special Terms & Conditions

Many of our workshops will be held on private or government lands and you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, restrictions, and ordinances that govern the land that we are using. Failure to abide by all governing rules or authority could result in the removal of the participant from the workshop with no provision for refund.

Wild Photo Adventure will not be held responsible for changes in workshop schedule or cancellations due to acts of God, terror, accidents, theft, delays, weather, global (or local) issues relating to pandemics, or other events beyond its reasonable control. In the event of an unforeseen situation causing changes in workshop schedule or cancellation, Wild Photo Adventure is not able to provide credit or refund. Please purchase travel insurance to cover such events.

Wild Photo Adventure cannot be held responsible for weather that prevents photographing. Refunds or credits, whole or partial, are not given.

Refunds will not be provided if your travel is delayed or a flight is cancelled. You will be required to file with your insurance company.

If you have a medical condition or allergy that requires insulin, epi pens or other medical apparatus or monitoring, please let your instructors know prior to the start of the workshop.

Wild Photo Adventure must be notified at the time of registration if traveling with another person, who has not registered for the workshop. Due to limitations imposed by the location governing officials we have a hard group size limit and our goal is to fill all spaces with paid participants. Spouses, friends, and other non-photographers are welcome to join as paid participants, or they may find other activities for themselves while you are in the workshop.

Model Release

We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any workshop or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. While attending a Wild Photo Adventure, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by Wild Photo Adventure without compensation to the participant. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing prior to departure of the trip. Copyright in all photographs, videos, and related materials created by the participant (“tour Materials”) shall belong to the participant upon creation. The participant grants to Wild Photo Adventure a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use any tour Materials provided to Wild Photo Adventure in any media for the following limited purposes: editorial use, promotion of this editorial use, promotion of Wild Photo Adventure travel programs, or promotion of the mission of Wild Photo Adventure.

Release and Assumption of Risk Waiver

All workshop participants must agree to all terms and conditions stated above as well the Release and Assumption of Risk Waiver. This agreement is a pre-requisite and condition to participating in or taking part in any workshop with Wild Photo Adventure. Your payment for any workshop or event with this company constitutes full agreement to the Polices and Waiver and is as binding as your signature. Refusal to agree to the Policies and the Waiver automatically cancels your participation and is considered a cancellation. 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam. We will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party.

YOUR PAYMENT IS CONSIDERED AN AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE POLICIES, CONDITIONS, AND WAIVERS.
